APPLE TANG
 
1 1/2 oz American Whiskey
1/2 oz Dekuyper Sour Apple
Apple slice garnish
Serve in martini glass 
 
 
 
 KANSAS CITY APPLE
 
 1 1/4 oz Crown Royal
1/2 oz Apple Schnapps
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Shake and strain into a shot glass.

THE EXCHANGE
 
 
1/2  oz Smirnoff Raspberry
1/2 oz Bllue Curacao
1/2 oz Grenadine (layered)

GENERAL'S ROW
 
 
1 1/4 oz of Bulleit Rye
2 dashes cherry bitters
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Orange peel
Muddle orange peel, bitters & simple syrup
in rocks glass.  Add rocks & rye, garnish with
a cherry.  From "Sorties Tavern", featured on
the TV show "Bar Rescue". 
 
 
 
LADY IN RED
 
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Remy Martin VS or VSOP
1 ounce Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
Ice to preference
Pomegranate Seeds crushed as garnish
 
Blend the lemon juice, simple syrup and
pomegranate juice.  Place in a cocktail
shaker with ice.  Pour the Remy and
Canton over the ice.  Shake, pour into
a martini glass and garnish.

3/4 oz Coconut Rum
3/4 oz Melon Liqueur
3/4 oz Vodka
Pineapple Juice
Ice to preference
Shake
 


ANISE COCKTAIL

1.5 oz Pastis or Ouzo
1 oz H2O
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
Dash  Angostura Bitters
Splash Orange Juice

 

AMBER MARTINI

3 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
Stir with ice
 


BAVARIAN COFFEE

1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz Bailey's
Hot Coffee
 


BLUE MARTINI

Equal parts Vodka, Blue Curacao & Sweet 'n Sour
 


MORNING WAKE-UP CALL

Equal parts Vodka, Champagne & Pineapple Juice.
Served with ice to your preference.
 


CRANBERRY COSMO

Equal parts Vodka, Cranberry Juice & Triple Sec
with a splash of Lime Juice.

 

CRANTINI

Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Dry Vermouth
& a twist of Lime.

     BRIGHID'S MARGARITA

      2 1/2 oz Sauza Gold
      1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
      2 oz Rose's Lime Juice
      1 oz Apple Juice
      Splash Blue Curacao


BRIGHID'S PINA COLADA

In Blender:

Equal parts Margaritaville Calypso Coconut Tequila
AND a good light rum
1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup pineapple juice
After blending, float Myers dark rum on top
& garnish with cherry & pineapple!


RAY'S MISTAKE (from LA) 

1oz lime juice, 1oz passion fruit juice
1oz sweet 'n sour
1 oz rum, 1 oz gin,
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk, 1 oz guava juice. 
Shake vigorously, garnish with pineapple.


MONKEY COCO-TINI (from San Francisco) 

Equal parts Absolut Vanilla & Bacardi Coco
A splash of coconut milk. 
Garnish with toasted coconut.


NAUGHTY O'PEAR (from Chicago) 

To a shaker full of ice
1 oz of Stoli Vanilla
2 oz Belle de Brillet & 2 oz of Pear Nectar. 
Shake, decant, then fill the serving glasses
2/3 full & float champagne on top.


THE MARGARITINI (from Austin)  

2 1/2 oz of good Anejo Tequila
A splash of cointreau, a splash of Rose's Lime & a splash of sweet 'n sour. 
Shake, serve with a jalapeno-stuffed olive.


BREAKFAST IN BED MIMOSA  (from Miami) 

Muddle 1 oz each of the following fruits: 
lime, lemon, raspberry, blackberry strawberry,
mango, papaya & coconut. 
Add a splash of cointreau & a touch of hazelnut liqueur
Shake well.  Pour into a glass halfway & add an
equal amount of good quality champagne. 
Garnish with any of the above fruits.


BANANA BARTINI (from Detroit) 

Combine 1 oz of Creme de Cacao
1 oz Creme de Banana
1 1/2 oz Cruzan rum & a splash of cream
Shake, pour into martini glass, then garnish with a cherry.


CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANA  

To short glass full of ice:
3 oz Cruzan Banana Rum 
1 oz White Creme de Cacao, stir.


DR. FUNK 
 
To a short glass full of ice, add:
1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Sour Mix
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Shake.
Then add 1/2 oz Triple Sec.


FAT CAT MILKSHAKE

In Blender:
1/2 cup ice
3/4 oz Cognac
3/4 oz Galliano
3/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Add milk if too thick.


FIRECRACKER

Fill a tall glass with ice.
2 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Grenadine
Fill with Orange Juice
Shake.
Float 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 on top.
Garnish with Orange Slice.


FRENCH DREAM

Fill a short glass with ice.
1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz Coffee Liqueur


GREEN MELON

Fill a tall glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
1 oz Rose's Lime Juice
Fill with Sour Mix.
Shake, garnish with Lime.


HAIRY POTTER

Fill a tall glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Dash Grenadine
Fill with Pineapple Juice.


HARD CANDY

To ice add:
1 oz Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
2 oz Sour Mix
Shake.


HONOLULU

3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Benedictine
3/4 oz Cherry Liqueur
Stir, strain into chilled glass.


HOTEL CALIFORNIA

In Blender:
1/2 cup ice.
1 oz Tequila
1 oz Apricot Brandy
Scoop Orange Sherbet
Blend, float 1/2 oz grenadine on top.


BLUE ICEBERG

To ice add:
2 oz Vodka
A splash Peppermint Schnapps
A splash Blue Curacao
Shake, strain into a chilled glass.


JAMAICAN MON

Fill a tall glass with ice.
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Rose's Lime
Dash of Angostura Bitters
2 oz Club Soda
Fill with Sour Mix, garnish with Lime.


MAJOR TOM

Fill a tall glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Cherry Brandy
Fill with Orange Juice.


MOHITO SUPERIOR

In a serving glass:
2 lime wedges
10 Mint sprigs
A dash of Angostura Bitters
1 tsp Sugar Syrup
Muddle vigorously, add ice.
2 oz Light Rum
Dash Club Soda
Garnish with Lime.


MOFO

Fill a tall glass with ice
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
Splash of milk
Fill with Cranberry Juice, shake.


NASTY GIRL

To ice:
3/4 oz Dark Rum
1/4 oz Coconut Rum
1/4 oz Amaretto
1/4 oz Banana Liqueur
1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
Dash of Cranberry Juice
Splash of Pineapple Juice, shake.


NUTCRACKER

To a short glass of ice:
1 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Irsh Cream
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur, stir.


OCEAN VIEW SPECIAL

Fill a tall glass with ice:
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Galliano
1 oz Green Creme de Menthe
Fill with Orange Juice, shake.


THE PERFECT STORM

To ice:
1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Captain Morgan
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake, then pour on:
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Dark Rum.
Garnish with Cherry & an Orange slice.

Fill a short glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Tequila Gold
1 oz Banana Liqueur
1 oz Rose's Lime
Stir.


PINK FLOYD, DARK MOON
In Blender:
1/2 cup ice
1oz Vodka
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 cup Pineapple
Blend smooth, top with Club Soda


PURPLE RAIN
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Cranberry Juice


CRIMSON TIDE
Fill a tall glass with ice
3/4 oz Light Rum
3/4 oz Dark Rum
3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
Dash of Pineapple Juice
Splash of Sour Mix
Fill with Cranberry Juice.


ROMAN HOLIDAY

Fill a shaker with ice.
3/4 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Sambuca
3/4 oz Blackberry Brandy
Top with milk & shake.


SAVOY HOTEL

1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz Brandy


SKI LIFT

1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Coconut Rum
Fill with Hot Chocolate
Top with Whipped Cream
Sprinkle with Coconut


SNICKERS

Fill a shaker with ice.
1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
Add Milk, Shake.


S.O.B.

1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Bacardi 151


SPICY STONEWALL

In a short glass of ice:
1 oz Captain Morgan
2 oz Apple Cider
Stir.


SPRING FLING

Fill a shaker with ice.
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
Top with equal parts Orange Juice & Sour Mix.
Shake.


SURF RAT

Fill a shaker with ice.
3/4 oz Captain Morgan
3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz Coconut Rum
Add equal parts OJ, Cranberry & Pineapple Juice.
Shake vigorously.


TANGERINE

Fill shaker with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Amaretto
Dash of Grenadine
Top with OJ, shake.


ROOT BEER FLOAT

Fill a tall glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Rootbeer Schnapps
A scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.


TERMINATOR

Fill a shaker with ice.
1 oz Yukon Jack
1 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of OJ
Shake, then top off with 7UP.


THEY KILLED KENNY

Fill a tall glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Apple Brandy
1 oz Apple Juice
Top with 7UP.


TOXIC JELLYBEAN

In a shaker of ice:
3/4 oz Black Sambuca
3/4 oz Blackberry Brandy
3/4 oz Jagermeister
Shake.


TUACA COCKTAIL

Fill  a shaker with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Tuaca
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Shake.


THE VANDERBILTS

Dissolve 1 tsp honey in 1/2 oz warm water, add:
1 1/2 oz Brandy
3/4 oz Cherry Brandy
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add ice & stir.


WANDERING MINSTREL

Fill a glass with ice.
1 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
Stir.


WHITE DEATH

Fill a glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Chambord
Stir.


WHITE MINK

Fill a shaker with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz Galliano
Top up with milk.


WINTER KILL

In Blender:
1/2 cup of ice
3/4 oz Brandy
3/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz White Creme de Menthe
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend until smooth.
